Comprehensive training
We are proud not only to launch early careers but also to cultivate a highly educated, dedicated, and recognized staff. In the city's training facility for the police and fire departments, we train together with paramedics from the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department. This not only ensures exceptional preparedness but allows us to build relationships for seamless collaboration on emergency scenes. These training sessions are simulation-based to ensure competent and reliable caregivers from day 1.

To build a strong team and ensure smooth operations, we dedicate paramedic supervisors to each area of the city. This provides caregivers with frequent supervisor interaction and first-hand feedback.
