Shant Najarian

Shant Najarian is the Administrator at the Falck Health Institute, where he oversees business operations and supports the institute’s continued growth, development, and strategic objectives.

Shant holds an MBA from Aston University and brings experience across multiple industries, startup environments, and international corporations. Throughout his career, he has helped build operational infrastructure from the ground up, implement transformations, and improve business processes. His experience includes working with major private and public organizations, including Cox Enterprises and UCLA Health. At the Health Institute, Shant’s responsibilities include developing efficient systems and workflows, managing daily operations, front-line communications, and ensuring students, instructors, and staff have the resources and support needed to deliver a high-caliber experience. Shant takes a hands-on, solution-oriented approach to leadership, with a focus on excellence, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth. At the Falck Health Institute, he is dedicated to strengthening the organization’s foundation and advancing its mission to deliver high-quality healthcare education.
